About the Project:
Designed in 1844 by Sir William Tate This Grade 1 Listed building is now as a mixed use development with high ceilinged offices, listed rooms incl Queen Victoria’s bedroom and luxury branded shops such as Paul Smith, Hermes, Cartier and Tiffany.
This building was mechanically refurbished on a number of floors late 2009 through 2010 to create state of the art offices in a listed building development.
CHW & LTHW systems were chemically cleaned and flushed using a number of different processes due to age of parts of system using temporary flushing rigs. On completion of flushing works circuits were balanced using temporary pumps before being opened to basebuild systems.
