About the Project:

100 Bishopsgate is a new 37 floor multi occupant office block development in the heart of the city of London being 3 minutes from Liverpool Street Station.

KES were employed on three separate phases (Jeffries, Freshfields and Fried Franck) to carry out the water treatment and commissioning works of the LTHW, CHW & Critical CHW systems on 19 floors using temporary flushing pumps in accordance with the BSRIA BG29 guidelines.

Internal dedicated CHW & CCHW riser circuits from levels 38 to 20 were also treated , tested and balanced prior to integration into the basebuild circuits along with the fit-out floors LTHW/CHW systems.
