About the Project:

One Thames City is formed of 12 buildings comprising 1,417 new homes, shops, restaurants and over 120,000 sq ft of commercial space, centred around 2.5 acres of public open space within the Linear Park.

KES have been employed to carry out water treatment, commissioning and commissioning management works on two of the tower blocks, energy centre and district wide district cooling and heating circuits.

The two towers comprise of 527 high specification apartments with CHW Cooling and LTHW Heating services provided via CIUs/HIUs within each abode. All apartment CHW/LTHW services chemically treated and flushed using temporary pumps in accordance with BS7593:2019 guidelines.

Energy centre/site wide district circuits and tower risers (High & Low Pressure) where chemically flushed in line with the BSRIA BG29/2020 guidelines.
